PIT stops are for that time when you need an engineer outside of your scheduled support visit and are included as part of our support contracts. We understand that teachers don’t stop working even when out of the classroom – our support extends to free telephone / remote support for teachers when they are at home.
We also have an online fault logging system which is fully bespoke to your school. We can even customise your own support page with your school logo. This system enables us to track jobs but also allows the school to open up the support system to the whole school enabling ICT Coordinators to concentrate on curriculum ICT. Logging a call is as simple as signing in to our support web site or just by email.
